ORDERS & PAYMENTS

2.1. All purchases made on Proman.in are subject to the prices, offers, and stock availability shown at the time of checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

2.2. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be initiated if the product is delivered damaged or defective. To qualify for a refund, a claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof.

2.3. Payments are processed through trusted and encrypted Indian payment gateways like Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards. Proman is not liable for technical failures or delays caused by third-party payment services.

DELIVERY

3.1. Proman delivers Pan-India, including metro cities and rural areas. Delivery timelines vary by location and are shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

3.2. We guarantee discreet packaging for your privacy. No mention of the product name or category is printed on the outer box or shipping label.
